MCS Network connects customers with certified, independent engineers for motorhome and caravan servicing, habitation checks, and repairs. Services are booked and paid for through our platform, and carried out by engineers within our network.

3. Bookings & Payment

All bookings are subject to availability. Prices shown at the time of booking are final unless additional work is agreed with you directly. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule a booking in accordance with the cancellation policy shown at the time of booking. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to your original payment method.

5. Engineer Network

Engineers within the MCS Network are independent, certified professionals who have been vetted and insured before joining the network. MCS Network is not the employer of engineers within the network.

6. Limitation of Liability

MCS Network's liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
